I've tried to taste the latest breakfast Tapsilog offering at Goodah Metrowalk Branch, Ortigas - Pasig City. The location is quite ideal for breakfast after gimmick because its just besides metrowalk's bars, karaoke and pubs. See Astig last weeks APEC season review.
We tried those 3 latest breakfast menu. To start with we begin with the Original Tapsilog (P114) was served with 100% marinated beef sirloin with fried garlic rice. Plus sunny side up egg with atasara.
Same thing to Tapa Bacon (P199) strips of pork belly with powdered smoked flavor and Tapa Flakes (P129) shredded beef flanks cook adobo style dip fry. The breakfast trio I tried tasted good.
But what I liked most is the Tapa Flakes, Because it crispy is so easy to bite and chew. Reminds me of the softness of cotton meats strips of bread-talk's bread in beef jerky crunchy taste bits. You may give it a shot and try those 3 latest offerings.
