Dining at Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria in Molito, Alabang and Resorts World Manila Pasay Branch

As far as travelling  going to Alabang and Pasay, I fear no Wine, Cheese and Italian food. Im in Philippines but when you taste various food creation of Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria. It feels like your in Italian ambiance and European soil. 

Families from the South district of the Merto can now have the reason to celebrate. Because Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria opens its branch at The Lifestyle Extension of Molito Commercial Complex. Last November 23, 2016 near Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa. Best area where you can dine with the finest restaurants in the country.
The people behind this branch also managed Toni and Sergio Gastro Italliano. Which I tasted the best Steak in the Metro, in our last Festa Del Vino Italian Wine and Food Crawl. Anyways, Italians and Filipinos were known for having close family ties.

In Parmigiano, Molito everyday is a family day. Because they offer more than 92 Italian dishes from main, cakes, desserts, coffee, juices, beers and premium Italian wines. Its imported Italian crafted dishes and meticulously served really tasted so good. It can feel that the cheese and Italian oil, herbs melts in my tongue.  

They have 2 Tiella dishes, Tiella Dei Carne (Paella cooked in a wood fire oven) with chucks of meat and shellfish cheese. And Tiella Di Pesce (Tomato based Style Paella). A truffle-cream based style paella with vege/seafood. Perfect for feasting with friends and family.
Head over Heels  - see the 45kilo wheel made of Parmigiano King of Cheeses. I witnessed how the Chef made the spag/pasta by live cooking and mixing demo. Using these signature huge Keso de Bola as Chopping board at the same time ingredient. Like how your local shawarma made or ice cream were scooped. 

Its 26 pasta dishes best combined with 17 pizza on menu. Made freshly manually made dough each pizza is bricked oven. To achieve the jaguar spots, these simply show how perfectly pizza crust cooked by.
Meat lovers like me enjoyed its rib eye, Italian sausage, roasted chicken, seafood, pork, rack of lamb with side dishes. They have great reviews-feedback from bloggers, guests and foodies on social media. And promise to outdo its customer service and dining service in Molito.

The ambiance of modern Italian Interior creates indoor and outdoor relaxed dining experience. So I made it outside to feel the Alabang breeze in presence of other fine restau sights beside. While I see the moon with a toast of red and white wine.
They put up a high ceiling and huge glass walls. That will make you feel your walking in a patio with a small garden. Resulting to a homey feeling, comfort before and after or while your enjoying your Italian meal feast.

Diners can avail 50% discount on Italian coffee. Whenever you try its specialty desserts. For its opening blowout the popular pizza party you may get your 2nd pizza 50% off. Also they have promo called quick deal lunch (11am-2pm) 280pesos. Choice of pork ribs, chicken breast porcheta, pomodoro pasta chorizo rice, mashed potato and mixed green.

After 2 days I missed the fine Cheese and Italian meal. So I visited the Resorts World Manila old Pasay City branch. So I have a bald late breakfast early lunch bread pizza stagioni artichos mushroom with vasil and parmesan shaved mozzarella. 

Porcheta Italian pork roast salsa potato mix salad n smores and mashmallows milkshake. So I just switch have of my food citizenship to Itapino. Coz Im half Italian and half Filipino. Just Kidding! Boun Giorno Itapino!
