If you wanted to see beaches in different Islands from Talisay City Negros Occ. You can always do travel on a budget. Even only during weekends. But if you have like 200-500 peso budget you may experience Oyster meal in CICM or even swim at the brownish beach for free just like 10-20 mins travel.
