Japanese Latin Fusion Twist - Nanka Restaurant QC

Its been more almost a decade now that Sue was inviting me to her events. From Zipline to Ocean Park great theme park adventures. I remember the last time I did superman in then my friend told me that they saw me in the TV the next day.  Doing a superman air video with GMA TV travel news along time ago.

Going back to Nanka Japanese Latin restaurant with a  fusion twist. The owner told us when you were outside you may think that's its kinda pricey. Considering it has a huge space, parking and big house kinda structure like. It was not because he believes that small profit that comes with huge volume without compromising quality is the best key in running a restaurant business.
Considering that he manage 11 different fusion kind of restaurants and received offers from big developers and malls. When you enter the restau its like you entering a house a trophy like victorious hall with a high ceiling. He recommends to come on Thursday because of great performing band.

During our visit theirs also an event on going on the other side and it can accommodate huge family and business events gathering in the 1st and 2nd floor of up to 120 guest. You may feel private like in an exclusive subdivision free from tall buildings within the metro. They also did plan to invite other band and did a 6 course menu for a price of 2k something with music celebrity performance package.
I like the taste of this Caviar and fish eggs for lunch - mixed with inari marinated tofu filled with sushi rice. Topped with salmon, tuna, shrimp and black masago rice. @nankaph @nanka_ph #nanka #japaneserestaurant #sushi #salmon

Eating salmon eggs and caviar makes you feel like a champion. Imagine you dine with this with Tiger, Roger, Lewis, Floyd and Jordan. You mar called it breakfast, lunch of dinner of the champions. Or simply with your family and friends. Its kinda funny that I wear several sports uniform before but for now I have several restaurant uniform. For being a food, adventure and travel explorer.

So you treat yourself with a price of special something something food after a days work.  Maybe this is one of the price to pamper yourself to relax all the way to your tummy tales.
Enjoy Nanka best seller menus such as Tuna sashimi, crispy eggplant, salmon sashimi, sashimi permano, tofu, shitake pasta with parmesan, mixed inari, pollo ala brasa, steak fried rice, Angus prime rib, tenderloin and miso custard. @nankaph #nanka #japaneserestaurant #sashimi #tuna #sushi ##shitake #lapulapu #salmon #tenderloin #kingoyster #scallions

So what we did eat and served here is the owners favorite as well. They import most of its ingredients from Japan. They did experiment when it comes to menu and servings. As you may see on its menu, you may think of a Japanese Peruvian restaurant.

But its more than that - it did evolve (the menu, design, gig, promo) from time to time! It kinda fusion of taste that is recommended by chefs, foodies and owner itself.
