Before, My work is based in Ortigas, Pasig Central Business District area for the past 8 years. So, I can recommend what and where is the best place when it comes to fine dining. Last week I chat and talked about food stuff with the food expert Chef Benjo Tuason.
Who also runs several fine dining restaurants and several famous nightclub in the metro. Established in 2015, TMG called as The Menu Group. He told us different experience in Running the club, restaurants aside from his culinary schooling in Australia and food travel to Europe next month. It's good to talk to foodie that complements other restau even recommends his fav restaurants.
I've tasted a little of everything in the pictures. Going back Sobremesa offers South American Gastro fusion. Aside from Chef Benjo, Celebrities Daniel and Vanessa Matsunaga were also part of the business. Soberemesa a Spanish term for lunch or dinner.
They launched its latest dished last Feb 2017 like the Grilled Chorizo with spicy tomato, white bean herb with baby potatoes and caper sauce. Cuban pork with garlic mashed potato and caramel onions was one of my fav. But the one that stand out according to my taste buds are the Australian Rib eye Steak and Bulalo Estofado.
I wish I can cooked these meats like Salt Bae! One of the most sensational food viral in the internet universe. Who knows sometime in the kitchen to add spice and fun to food life. So hollywood's like Leonardo, Floyd, Rihanna, Kings of Dubai, ferrari boys and babes wont stop posting it on instagram.
Cured meats selection is a good pair for wines or cheese composed of Chorizo Pamplona, Salchicon, Chorizo de Bilbao and Vela de Lomo. When I posted these on social media friends comment, tagged-inviting people and talk about 750 pesos unli steak sulit promo.

Shrimp ceviche salad and peruvian roasted chicken with coke is irresistible. And for the finally our Mango Cheesecake, queso fundido, lecheron for the mouthwatering dessert. The interiors were tall and nice, at the ground floor inside the Sapphire Bloc Tower Ortigas. Enjoy the ambiance in the busy metro and hearty foodie conversation right smack in the city.
