Opening Goodah Timog QC Branch

I tasted the Classic Crispy Pata Leg and Juicy meat dish. During the Opening Goodah Timog Quezon City Branch 2 weeks ago. I've dine to Goodah branch in BGC and Ortigas several times. Then realize that its costing were affordable as you walk out the fast restau completely heavy full. 

Crispy Pata were Pinoy's always favorite, Goodah introduce this to the public after 30 years of 25 hour round the clock service. The usual approach in cooking the great crispy pata begins with preparation. Pork leg were boiled into salted, vinegar, spices and herds. Prior to boiling oil bath, until meat becomes tender.

Then leg is transferred into wok, where it was deep fried then enjoyed with vinegar mixed with soy sauce, sweet chili, ketchup, mang tomas or toyo mansi. Together with its endorser Boy Abunda, every crunch and bites slather its aroma flavor. And oozes its tender soft meat inside that decisions pata skin meat that most Filipino loves.

It will also be served to all of its 6 branches for just 599 pesos. You may also add 100 pesos to come up with extra 4 rice and 4 glasses of orange juice for the whole family of barkada treats. But the best way to celebrate this in the metro is on its newly opened 7th Tomas Morato branch. Located at the center entertainment alley of the Metro.  

Aside from the Main Crispy Pata set we also tried almost all of its dishes. Like the sisig, kangkong, tapa flakes, batchoy, tokwat baboy, pata lugaw, juices and desserts. It makes me feel home to taste the truly Filipino cuisine. As a reward for every hardworking Filipinos.

Together with Interaksyon peeps and vlogger Arnold. I like the interior and exterior of the new branch in 57th Timog Ave. It looks like a single detached stand alone town house. The hanging lamps and spacious ambiance makes me feel relax as we feast. You may also park outside and get free wifi inside.
