Meeting Chef Alexandra as she showcase the different origin of food from various Spain region. She is like explaining that this food are coming from Luzon, Manila, Visayas and Mindanao.
No, but she meant Paella from Valencia, Sea Food from El Sur and the meat from Badajoz, Madrid and Castilla Leon.
